Reclaimed Messmate Coffee Table

This awesome piece of reclaimed or recycle timber furniture was designed in consultation with a customer. They wanted something to match the colour of their other timber furniture, and something that was baby proof, hence the rounded edges. We used reclaimed messmate timber which has been recovered from various demolished houses and factories around Melbourne. We arranged the timber so you could see the cool rusty nail holes.
Like most of our furniture this is finished in Danish Oil, with a very slight gloss, to protect the timber.
